Upskilling Online Teaching: An open online course for teachers on literacy to knowledge deepening towards digitally resilient future
This project aims to offer an open online course to upskill Online Distance Teaching among the basic and higher education teachers from private Christian education in the Philippines. The upskilling program is designed to equip teachers with the literacy and knowledge deepening skills necessary in online distance learning. It will include training sessions in classroom organization and management, delivery, assessment, and ethical and social aspects in online distance teaching.
Digital Trust in the Workplace
This paper presents how society is practicing netizenship responsibility. Specifically, it measures trust towards the Internet and social media as perceived by the employees. It also describes predictors that affect confidence level on the Internet and social media trust.

This paper answers the question, “Why should students take screen breaks? Specifically, it measures the degree of benefits of screen break as perceived by the students. Likewise, it assesses occurrences of activities done by the students during the screen break in the academic semester. Respondents are students from Silliman University.

Teacher's Engagement in an Online Distance Learning in Silliman University: Development of an Upskilling Training Program
This paper aims to measure teachers' engagement during online distance teaching. Specifically, it seeks to profile teachers' engagement in a learning management system (LMS), the utilization of resources and activities, and the challenges they encounter in learning practices. Profiling and utilization levels were measured using the LMS logs for the second semester school year 2020-2021.
